It's a small world! I was so lucky to get to shoot Sara and Dan's wedding with Robin of Robin Gaucher Photography. When Robin sent me the wedding intel I realized that Sara was the sister of one of my favorite neighbors, Sami, who was also marrying them. So fun! This is just a tiny sneak peak of the awesome-ness captured for their wedding at the Fabulous Fox Theatre.
They’re Getting Married!
I have known Dana for a few (or…five!) years and was SO excited to hear that she and Eric were engaged. I was even MORE excited when she asked me to photograph their wedding! We started with a super fun (and only a bit chilly) engagement session at Piedmont Park. The light was beautiful and I had a great time chatting with Dana while Lyndon and Eric chased each other around with my pig and cow puppets. I am so excited for you all and can't wait for the wedding! Yay! xoxo

They’re Getting Married!!
In November, amid the craziness of the impending holiday season, I was lucky enough to document the engagement of Swetha and Senthil. We started out at a local Hindu Temple to capture images with their parents then spent an afternoon in Piedmont Park with just the two of them. Engagement shoots are always so fun. Love is in the air and sweetness abounds. Swetha is absolutely divine and Senthil was happy to make her happy. I LOVED it! I have been dying to get these images up, because they are, just like Swetha….DIVINE.

Jessica and CK Get Married!!
Last night was awesome. Jess and CK had the most laid back, fun and chill wedding, EVER! CK is hilarious and makes everyone laugh. Jess was totally cool, wanting all of her guests to enjoy themselves. We were at Park Tavern's Piedmont room with a great view of the city. The friends were great and the food was amazing. Both CK and Jessica's parents were happy and truly enjoyed the evening. Jess and CK, thank you for letting me capture the night of your wedding. You two are amazing, and I know you are going to continue to laugh your way through life. XOXO.

Jessica {Bridal Portraits}
Jessica and CK got married last night. And it was AMAZING! First, they are just cool. Second, totally laid back and go-with-the-flow. Third, they have awesome friends. But, Before I post wedding images I wanted to share a few shots from Jessica's bridal portraits. Both Jess and CK are pilots and we were allowed to shoot her bridal portraits in the Delta Air Transport Heritage Museum. The staff was great, allowing us access to the plane cockpits and putting up with us being all over the place. I am totally crazy about these images, and so happy to finally be able to share them!

When PictureMommy is SUPER Busy…
…the bloggity gets ignored. It's not planned, ignoring my little blog. In fact, I think about it every day. But, I have been so determined, churning out client proofs, that I haven't stopped to update my latest happenings. No more! I was reading the blogs of Jess and Erika (some awesome friends from high school who have been an inspiration in this photography journey of mine) and thought, "I better get on my updating!"
I have quite a few blog posts to get up before I leave for the beach with my man to celebrate his birthday. In order to celebrate properly PictureMommy will be taking a few days off to relax and unwind sans kiddos on the awesome beaches of costal Florida. I am now booking for Mid to late July and early August is is almost entirely filled. If you want to get on the calender shoot me an email or give me a call and I will be happy to take care of you!
Rebekah and Jason were getting ready to celebrate their first anniversary. What better way to do that than to slip back into your wedding dress (Rebekah), put on a snazzy suit (Jason) and go to the Goat Farm? We had the most beautiful light on a perfect Thursday evening. The sun was setting just so, the wind was fun and playful. What an awesome time! I am ALWAYS up for evening shoots. It has been my latest obsession to do a 7pm shoot in downtown Atlanta. The light between the buildings is AMAZING. Enjoy these pics and stay tuned for many more to come in the next few days!
Danielle and Craig got Married!
Last Friday Robin and I drove up north to the Brasstown Valley Resort for the beautiful wedding of Danielle and Craig. It was a sweet, intimate wedding. Most of the guests traveled quite a distance to celebrate, and all were beyond happy to be there. The ceremony overlooked the mountains and the reception was in the most beautiful pavilion overlooking the golf course and had a spectacular sunset view. As always, I shed a few tears while Danielle and her father shared a dance but enjoyed watching the guests party well into the night. Danielle and Craig, here's to a happy, happy life together! *Cheers*
Laura and Jonathan:: Married!!
I am such a sucker for weddings…I cry. Always. Jonathan surprised Laura with a special gift. She cried, I cried…oy! It was a beautiful day at the fantastic Flint Hill in Norcross. Laura was the most laid back bride I have met. She was excited and so happy to be marrying Jonathan. Her bridesmaids surrounded her with love and tended to her every need. Their love was palpable. Laura and Jonathan, thank you for allowing Robin and me to be a part of your wedding day, all the best to you both!
Adam and Eva:: Married!
On Sunday I had the distinct please of shooting with Robin of Robin Gaucher Photography for the beautiful wedding of Adam and Eva. They were married at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, a beautiful Tudor style mansion built in the 1920's. The weather was perfect and the Bride and Groom were adorable. I had a wonderful time capturing Adam and Eva's wedding day and enjoying the love their family and friends had to share with them. It is obvious these two are crazy about each other and very excited to be married. All the best Adam and Eva, mazel tov!
