I met Martin when he was about 4 months old. I walked into a New Mother's Group with Ellie when she was a week old because I was clueless…I had no idea what to do with this tiny little thing. And, she cried a lot, and she wouldn't nurse. In that room was a group of the most amazing mom's. Little did I know that all of them felt similar to how I did and now, five years later, we still see each other at least once a week. When Debbie asked me to take Martin's Five Year pictures I was so excited! Our little kids are growing up, about to start kindergarten. There was a definite celebratory air surrounding Martin's photo session. It feels like an important passage to watch our kids turn five and continue on to big things ahead.
